Genes

There are many theories related genes and evolution.  Life form came from one or two cells and which transformed during the period to  many species of life.  Many evolution theories came.   Human being formed from Apes.  All people today are classified as Homo sapiens sapiens--i.e., the sapiens variety of the species Homo sapiens.    In a generation life form goes through various activities, learnings, physical activities, experiences, struggles.   These learning will affect the genes slightly and next generation will have the slight impact of this.   Next generation will be slightly adapted to this changes.   Next generation will be have this improved genes and it shows some maturity in the genes.  means more powerful refined properties.  some of the unused charaters may be hidden, some of the properties shows more improved learnings.   There is chance the some wrong physical properties or wrong mental learning shows improvement in the wrong direction.  After some generation, if the learning are different even human beings can separate as different species.  However, if our experiences from the world, thinking, languages, philosophies and rules etc.. as learning are the same for human beings, so the genes will improve in the same featured direction.   Earlier the people are located in differnet islands, climates, food habits and locations.  That is why we can see the difference in behaviours, thinkings, physical appearances etc.  Now that is changes, people are mixing up, travelling, communicating in the same terms,  understanding the same languages, global communication happening, learning same way, computers, softwares concepts becomes in the same thinking direction.  Physical activities, different cultures, mixing up of cultures happening.  These leranings, physical formations will lead the human beings to form in the same direction. So forming species will have the same characteristic.   Means each individual can form new species.    

Even now there some people in some village, they did not have much interaction with other people for many generations, they found to have only two fingers in the leg.  This is one type of mutation.  As for them, in the village, they are considered to be normal, because everybody in the village has same two fingers.   May be some of the physical activity or one or two mutated genes dominated others through generations.   

We can see that new generations are always more powerful thinking, visualisations, more matured genes.  These powers can be physical and mental level or intellectual level also.     Of course medium, exposures, communications, informations etc gives more power to the genes.       Generally we can see ourselves some improvement from learnings, experiences, problems, adapativeness, etc.. form various factors or interfaces from the world.  you can see yourself before 10 years with current mentality.     We may to make sure to improve our mental strength, emotional factors, goodness in the mind, love, affection, physical improvement.. this will lead to improve to strengthen the genes.  Some of the things we can not control or not in our hands.   Sometimes two wrongly affected genes can form a good genes nullifying the bad effects.     Because we always see the character only through visible interfaces.. What we see is only 10% of the characters.    if one family does not having proper education and knowledge, their children can be brilliant.  This is because what we think is learning is scoring marks. but the learning thought process going through their mind which do some programming to the gene itself.  It can stimulate the knowledge genes for their children.    And always bonus will be through medum, informations, exposure, leranings, books, experience etc..  Yes sometimes some special effects like mental or physical shock, nuclear, radiations, some unknown waves, food habits,  wrong programming .. Which can give extra powers, mental disorders..physical disorders, or some physical powers.. but ofcourse which is combination of many patterns of events.. permutations and combinations...

There should be mix up of the world, learnings, communications, global thinking, global rules, mixture of food habits, global travels,

Adaptive learning,  teaching itself and changing the programming itself .. Very powerful concept

Conflicts

Conflict management is one of the important part of management. How conflict occurs ? some of them are with self, some of them are with others, some of them are with some rules or agreements, some of them are with public. Some are very complex. some disagreement with our beliefs and emotions.Here I am talking about the conflict a person can feel self because of the emotions, feelings. Any person will have some kind of beliefs, values, some learnings, general agreements, experiences. This will normally conflict with emotions. This conflicts will create a slight stress in mind. Some people will supress the emotions and try to follow the rules.
There is nothing right or wrong. Everything is relative. What we feel right may not be right for others. Truth can be different from what we are thinking. Superstition is a superstition when it is not a superstition. There can be many versions of truth. some time what we think is truth, some times group will think and consider that it is the truth. Some times scientific reason will makes to feel the truth. However actual truth may be different. sometimes the actual truth will be different for external view from the external stars or galaxies. All are relative.

Large Hadron Collider

It is really facinating the experiments by NASA and CERN
Thanks to the scientists and the people involved in this experiment. The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is the biggest and most complex machine ever made. Experts say it is the largest scientific experiment in human history.
The test by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), conducted inside the tightly-sealed chamber buried under the Swiss-French border. This can unlock many secrets of modern physics and answer questions about the universe and its origins including earth's creation.
The 10 billion Swiss franc ($9 billion) experiments. Here the particle beams are made to travel in a circular orbit in the underground around 10 Km depth with around length of 27-km (17-mile) circular tunnel.

Earlier there was many protection against this experiment. They raised the chances of creation of small blackholes through this experiments which can pull the small planets like earth into as small as a teaspoon. Black hole can attract all kinds materials and waves including light, EM waves etc..

Origin of Life

Origin of Life : A complex subject. If we are seeing on earth we can see many species of life which can fly, swim, walk, run, jump, plants, trees etc...
Probably all life forms on earth may be formed from one or few initial life forms. But how it might have happened ? Just imagine earth was like someother planet which does not have proper atmosphere, no life forms, no trees, no air, no water and ofcourse no sound. Also each planet forms its own environment depends on the concentration of chemical elements, mass, formation patterns etc. It keeps its own equilibrium .

Best part of any theory starts from assumptions. Just imagine earth was one like them. Earth is estimated to be about 4.5 billion years old. Earth might have faced many impacts from external objects from space. Many theories tells that earth formed from Sun (?). One portion of earth moved as Moon. It can be a bombardment with celestial materials and some portion moved out. Some portion of Earth moved out with celestial substances and because of heat all vapors are escaped from Moon's atmosphere (or escapted to earth).

Assumption is that Earth contains Water in some other form like carbon dioxide and sulphor compounds, which under specific pressure conditions released water. In this pressure conditions some small minor factories released the water or oxygen. These small pressure conditions may be self sustainable. This can be one form of initial life.
Or it can be some bombardment from hit earth which had some earier life form, which can be self sustainable mechanism, which might have adpated to earth's conditions and might have changed the atomostphere with many small sustainable reactions.

Another theory tells : After earth's creation the earth is moved away from sun and radioactive decay started. some point the heat become matched the water came out of gas form or from earth separating minerals. this filled other part of earth.
Or It can be a bombardment on earth whihc caused to release water vapour in a chain reaction with reaction with bombarding meterorite.
Life formed first or proper water formed first ? Initial life forms may not need oxygen to live. Initial molecules, which performed simple chemical reactions that eventually led to a self-sustaining system involving the formation of more complex molecules. It is self sustainable systems which later coded to DNA .. RNA etc.. Inital life forms released oxygen into atmosphere from the earth.

Another theory creation time earth was filled with vapor and chemical dust. Which covered the atmosphere and created a upper layer. This covered earth from the sunlight. Earth started loosing heat slowly and some kind of pressure developed inside. chances are there that the upper layer is very thick and solid. which created many reactions inside with low temperature mode than the crust or upper layers. Some ideas like the electrical and magnetic field created some electrical waves which simulated the chain factories. this fomred some modulation towards life to tick. Some of the initial forms created wall by accident or sustained durations it started protecting the self mechanisms.

What is a Galaxy ? A galaxy is a massive, gravitationally bound system consisting of stars, an interstellar medium of gas and dust, and dark matter. Group means it can be around 100 billion stars. Our Galaxy is Milkyway, it is spiral galaxy in the form of disk in a spiral form. Milkyway contains around 200 billion stars. A light year is the distance that light travels in a year -- about 5.88 trillion miles (9.46 trillion kilometers). Means if one star is one light year away means. we are seeing the star as live but actually we are seeing it after one year.
There are many distinct types of galaxies, including ellipticals, spirals, Disk shaped and irregulars. The Milky Way is the galaxy which is the home of our Solar System together with at least 200 billion other stars (more recent estimates have given numbers around 400 billion) and their planets, and thousands of clusters and nebulae Milky Way galaxy, a large is a disk-shaped barred spiral galaxyAs a galaxy, the Milky Way is actually a giant, as its mass is probably between 750 billion and one trillion solar masses, and its diameter is about 100,000 light years.

Intergalactic space, or the space between the galaxies of the universe, is filled with an unsubstantiated plasma matter. This plasma has an average density less than one atom per cubic meter. There are believed to be more than one hundred billion galaxies within the total expanse of the universe. Many Galaxies contains dwarf satellite galaxies which forms a small group.

Andromeda Galaxy located at a distance of 2 million light years away is the nearest major galaxy and is of comparable size to our own galaxy. The Magellanic Clouds are irregular dwarf galaxies that are even nearer. The Small and Large Magellanic Clouds are located 165,000 light years and 195,000 light years away respectively. However, Andromeda is the nearest major galaxy and is the most distant celestial object still visible to the naked eye.

Philosophy and Physics

We always go through various searches of life.. what is the orgin of all... whether God's exists.. then who created God.. How the stars and galaxies moving.. Are we part of another big system ? Many questions...
We are built with protein structures.. some chemical formulae of known chemical elements. However we know only about earth.. or solar system.. what about other system. Other planets may have some chemical elements which we dont know. So the aliens can have totally different form from differnt elements. probably it may live in star.. extreme heat conditions. Is stars contains life items. Are we seeing the truth.. We always see late.. We are seeing the Sun after 8 minutes. Seeing the other stars probably one or two years old.

Only theory comes to picture is nothing can move faster than light. Is there any hidden parameter which the scientists did not include. What happens some things can move faster like 1Gigalightyears/second.
Theory says black holes attract everything.. including all electromagnetic waves,.. lights, materials etc.. Is any medium which can communicate in space.. Nowadays new stars are formed with explosions... static and antistatic elements.. New forms of engery conversions... all these are in the high level..
We are in the changing environment.. change is inevitable.. everywhere. change in climate.. change in features.. change in technology.. change in human behaviours.. Transformation to new changes.. from lifeless to many creatures in earth..each one is transforming to unique ones.. power of genes and changes or mutations. Even we can see the power of human beings.. some of them are brilliant.. some of them are strong.. Doing some techniques we can make ourself strong in many areas.
