Conflicts

Conflict management is one of the important part of management. How conflict occurs ? some of them are with self, some of them are with others, some of them are with some rules or agreements, some of them are with public. Some are very complex. some disagreement with our beliefs and emotions.Here I am talking about the conflict a person can feel self because of the emotions, feelings. Any person will have some kind of beliefs, values, some learnings, general agreements, experiences. This will normally conflict with emotions. This conflicts will create a slight stress in mind. Some people will supress the emotions and try to follow the rules.
There is nothing right or wrong. Everything is relative. What we feel right may not be right for others. Truth can be different from what we are thinking. Superstition is a superstition when it is not a superstition. There can be many versions of truth. some time what we think is truth, some times group will think and consider that it is the truth. Some times scientific reason will makes to feel the truth. However actual truth may be different. sometimes the actual truth will be different for external view from the external stars or galaxies. All are relative.
